The ideal candidate is an exceptional hunter, communicator, manager and team player, who will bring relevant experience to an experienced team to manage enterprise-class software in the cloud using advanced technologies and tools.
We are looking for a strong Sales Director-Taiwan, willing to hunt and lead our sales team by example, based from our office in Taipei, Taiwan. Job Responsibilities : (including but not limited to) -Grow and penetrate current significant installed customer base -Manage, train and develop the Taiwan sales teams -Identify and procure new opportunities for BroadVision’s product line within a regional territory
-Meet and exceed predetermined revenue objectives -Provide 100% commitment to customer satisfaction -Demonstrating all components of the BroadVision product lines -Demonstrating live customer sites -Keep up to speed with all Competitive Information supplied by Marketing and Engineering -Provide deep product and industry expertise to help grow the Sales team (sales calls, demonstrations, technical discussions, business case) -Present demonstrations via web cast -Create and present webinars where appropriate
Desired Skills & Experience
-10+ years proven success in complex SAAS Sales
-Experience with Social Network product sales an advantage
-Sales expertise in complex B2B2C eBusiness application
-Demonstrated ability to develop a partner network
-Strong business development skills and a strong foothold in enterprise software sales of packaged applications
-Must be credible and capable in leading discussions and decision-making processes with technical and business teams
-Industry experience highly desired selling into following verticals: , Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Utilities / Oil / Gas, Green
-Maintains a high degree of integrity and ethical behavior in all business activities and decisions.
-Self motivated; demonstrable skills in maintaining a high level of motivation for work, despite problems, changes or daily work demands; is always a self starter.
-Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills in Mandarin (English is an advantage)
-Superior interpersonal, influence and negotiation skills
-BA/BS, MBA a plus
